I ship within the USA - $5 flat rate, or local pick up! 

if you are unhappy at all, you can return your item for a full refund within 90 days of original purchase date.

if your bracelet becomes damaged within 90 days of the original purchase date,  I will replace it for free with the same product OR give you a full refund. 

if you need to add beads to your bracelet, it will be a fee of $3 for stones, string, and reconstruction.
if you need to delete beads from your bracelet, there will be a fee of $1 for string and reconstruction.
*allow up to 1 week for alterations.
